- For privacy lock issues, confirm Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode works in iOS.
- For Safari blocking, confirm the QuitCraft extension is enabled in Safari's Extensions settings.
- Remember that deleting the app can remove local-only data.
Safari content blocker
The blocker is optional and must be enabled in Safari's Extensions settings. It helps block a curated set of known adult websites in Safari only; it does not affect other browsers or apps and cannot guarantee that every website will be covered.
If a covered site still loads, confirm the extension is enabled, close and reopen Safari, and make sure QuitCraft and iOS are current. QuitCraft cannot see your browsing history or tell support which requests Safari blocked. Do not email sensitive website details.
Privacy and scope
QuitCraft has no account and keeps app information on device. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
